Context

Procurement teams monitor a continuous stream of public tender notices under tight deadlines, where a missed or mis-prioritized opportunity has a direct revenue cost. The volume makes manual triage inconsistent, but ranking decisions still need to be explainable.

Problem

Procurement teams face large volumes of opportunities with tight deadlines. Manual review is slow and inconsistent, and pure-LLM approaches are not trustworthy enough for ranking and decisions.

What was built / modernized

We combined deterministic ranking with AI assistance: opportunities are ingested and normalised, scored by transparent rules, and enriched with AI-generated summaries, readiness checks, and explanations. Operators work shortlists through a clear UI with alerts and action packs.
